Our kitchen standards
- Mineral RO-purified water only. It is the only water we use, including for the Tari.
- Branded oil, never reused. We cook only with branded oil, and used oil is never used again.
- Original Amul butter and Amul cheese. No substitutes.
- Franchise-supplied ingredients. The chillies and the original Vadodara sev come from the Jay Mahakali franchise, so the taste matches Vadodara.
- Spices ground in-house. Whole spices are roasted and ground in our own kitchen.
- No artificial colour. The red of the Tari comes from chillies and spices alone.
- Stainless steel counters. Food is prepared on stainless steel work surfaces.
- Fresh every day. The Tari is made fresh every morning.
- 100% pure vegetarian.
