Two ways to eat it
The dipper
Keep the bun on the side. Tear off a piece, dip it into the Tari for a few seconds, then top it with a spoonful of usal and sev. Every bite has soft bun, hot raso and crunch.
The mixer
Break the bun into the bowl, add more raso and eat it with a spoon, like a spicy bread stew. Comforting, and perfect on a cold evening.
Unlimited raso
Raso is unlimited with every plate. Ask for a refill before your bowl runs dry, so the last piece of bun has something to soak up.
One plate per guest
Each guest orders their own plate. Every bowl is poured fresh, to order, and refills of raso go with that plate. It keeps every serving hot and fair for everyone.
Choosing your bowl
- First time: Plain Sev Usal, to taste the Tari as it is.
- Want it richer: Butter Sev Usal or Butter Cheese Sev Usal with Amul butter and cheese.
