At Jay Mahakali Sev Usal – Science City we make one Tari, at one spice level: Classic Medium. You do not choose the heat. You choose how rich your bowl is.
The four ways to order
- Plain Sev Usal. The original. Hot Tari over spiced peas, with the original Vadodara sev on top. Choose this to taste the Tari as it is.
- Butter Sev Usal. A slab of Amul butter melts into the raso. It softens the heat and makes every spoonful smoother.
- Cheese Sev Usal. Grated Amul cheese on top makes the bowl creamy and milder. A favourite with children.
- Butter Cheese Sev Usal. Both together, for the richest bowl on the menu.
Want more heat?
